基于遗传算法的并联贮箱平衡排放调节方法研究

摘    要:为了解决双组元推进系统的并联贮箱推进剂消耗不平衡问题,根据气路系统的压力输出特点,提出了一种基于遗传算法的平衡排放主动调节方法。引入多方方程,建立了调节模型,首先使用先进多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ进行了修正参数的优化选取,然后通过参数优化后的调节模型对预调节参数进行了求解。仿真计算结果与试验数据的对比分析表明,调节前后的压力及调节量等参数的相对误差在千分之五之内,该并联贮箱平衡排放调节计算方法正确、有效。最后,通过算例,分析了贮箱压力及气体容积对平衡排放控制能力的影响,计算表明,推进剂的消耗有益于提高单次平衡排放调节幅度,调节时间主要与调节量及贮箱压差相关。

Abstract:To solve the problems of unequal expulsion of the parallel propellant tanks in bipropellant propulsion system, a method for equal expulsion adjustment based on genetic algorithms was established according to the pressure characteristics of pneumatic system. The polytropic process was introduced to establish the adjustment model. Firstly, the modified parameters were optimized by multi-objective genetic algorithms NSGA- II. Then the pre-adjustment parameters are solved by the optimized model. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental data shows that the relative error of adjustment parameters such as pressure and adjustment amount can be achieved 0.5%, the caculation method of equal expulsion of the parallel propellant tanks is correct and effective. Finally, the optimized model was applied to different cases and factors influencing control capacity such as tank pressure and gas vloume are analyzed. The results show that the consumption of propellant is beneficial to increase the adjustment range of single adjustment, meanwhile, the adjustment time is mainly related to the adjustment amount and tank pressure difference.
