交叉杆型Stewart并联机床的加工试验

摘    要:为评价自行开发的交叉杆型S tew art并联机床的加工特性和稳定性,已开展了多种复杂结构件的加工试验研究。基于UG NX 3.0编制了加工试验中需要的加工程序。加工程序采用V ericu t 5.3仿真软件检验通过后,在并联机床上实现了外形复杂造型各异的零件加工。与传统数控机床相比,零件表面粗糙度R a可提高一个数量级,达到l.6以内。试验结果表明,该类并联机床应用于生产加工具有重要的实际意义。

Abstract:A crossed Stewart parallel kinematics machine-tool is developed.To investigate the machining capability,machining characteristics and the machining stability of the developed machine-tool,a series of machining experiments are conducted to obtain different complicated parts.CNC programs used in experiments made by the commercial software-UG NX 3.0.Then CNC programs are simulated by Vericut 5.3 before machining.Finally,some typical parts are machined by the machine-tool.Compared with the conventional machine-tool,the part roughness is improved,and Ra can reach 1.6.
