| 摘 要： | 提出了DDS激励PLL的X波段频率合成器的设计方案，给出了主要的硬件选择及具体电路设计，并且对该频率合成器的相位噪声以及捕获时间进行了深人分析。实验和测量结果表明，该频率合成器具有带宽宽、输出相位噪声低、频率分辨力高等优点。

| Abstract: | A design scheme of X-band frequency synthesizer based on DDS-Driven PLL is presemted. The main hardware devices and specific circuit implementation are given. The phase noise and the capture time are analyzed. Experiments and measurement results show that this frequency synthesizer has wide bandwidth ,low phase noise level and high frequency resolution. |
