直齿锥齿轮的齿面苗率半径和速度分析

摘    要:根据切齿原理和产形面与被切齿面间的关系推导出直齿锥齿轮的齿面曲率半径和综合曲率半径的表达式,并与当量齿轮法的求解结果进行了比较;在齿面坐标数值计算的基础上,分析了齿面上点的速度,为精确分析直齿锥齿轮的弹流工况及在弹流条件下的接触应力分布提供了依据.

Abstract:On the principle of the tooth generating method and the reation between generating curvatures and generated flank, formulas of flank curvature radius and inductive curvature radius for straight bevel gear are developed. And a brief comparison with that from equivalent cylinder gears is given. Tooth profile velocity andaysis of traight bevel gear is performed along with the numerical calculation of flank coordinates. The above jobs propose original parameters for surface strength and elastohydrodynamic lubrication calculation of straight bevel gear.
