电源噪声与微波振荡器输出杂波的关系研究

摘    要:在卫星射频系统中,微波振荡器用于产生本地的振荡信号,它需要稳定的直流电源来供电。而在卫星系统中的直流电源往往携带有低频噪声,这些低频噪声通过振荡器的非线性效应被调制到本振频率附近,形成输出杂波。为了研究这些低频噪声对振荡器的影响程度,文章通过实验得到多组电源传导噪声与微波振荡器输出杂波的数据,对所测得的数据进行了分析,寻找到电源端口传导噪声与振荡器输出杂波的对应关系,并通过实验进行验证,得到了符合实验结果的关系式。

Investigation of Relations Between Power Ripple and Spurious Response of Microwave Oscillator

Abstract:Spurious response of microwave oscillator is calculated in this paper. The conclution is validated by EMC experiment : one side, a oscillator is used to connected with a on-off power supply, and the Spurious response power of the oscillator is obtained. The other side, academic Spurious response power will be calculated out by the method described in this paper. The two conclusions are consistent.
