| Abstract: | Institutions of higher Learning are a place where the cultivation of qualified personnel is carried out. Therefore, how to train high - quality qualified personnel for the 21st century is an unshirkable duty for institations of higher learning to fulfil. In this paper,the anthors will deal briefly with the following these points: understanding and fulfilment of the guiding ideology of running a school, reform in education and stregthering teaching peranel in order to deep on the reform in education, cultivate qualifled personnel for the coming century |
