摘    要:先进制造技术整合了企业内部运行与外部需求,在实现规模经济的基础上,强调生产制造适应更加细分市场的小批量、多品种的要求,同时强调快速适应变化、抢占先机的新产品导入,从而提高柔性,实现范围经济。但先进制造技术的应用必须与组织战略、组织结构和人力资源管理等环节相匹配,只有如此才能表现为一种“最佳实践”模式。

Abstract:Many literatures review that advanced manufacturing technology implementation is influenced by organizational strategy,and it can affect the formulating and regulating of organizational strategy.Not only technology but also structure,competency and culture of organization all change before pre-implementation or after post-implementation.Human resource issues is important to advanced manufacturing technology,and AMT can influence human resource management.Whe advanced manufacturing technology match with strategy,structure and culture of organization,it can improve organizational performance.
