摘    要:目前测试红外焦平面阵列相对光谱响应参数时,需要人工测量波段中每个波长点的光谱响应,针对测试过程繁琐和测试时间长的问题,在基于现有的不同开发平台开发的单色仪和数据采集系统的基础上,利用动态链接库技术,研制了一种红外焦平面阵列相对光谱响应自动测试系统,该系统测试过程简化,自动化程度提高。经过对比分析,自动测试与人工测试结果具有较好的一致性,自动测试比人工测试更加可靠。

Abstract:It is necessary to measure the spectral responsibility of every single wavelength manually when measuring the relative spectral responsibility of infrared focal plane array. But the process is very complex and time consuming. Based on the different platforms, a relative spectral responsibility auto testing system of infrared focal place array was researched by dynamic linking library technology. It will reduce the complicated operation and meet the needs of various device measurement.
