基于Labview的磁罗盘测试系统设计与实现

摘    要:磁罗盘是无人机航向测量的常用关键部件,为了测试其性能的好坏,设计了一套基于PXI总线计算机等硬件和Labview软件的磁罗盘智能测试系统。该系统能够有效地完成LP-1磁罗盘各项性能测试,具备友好的人机交互界面,能够对测试数据进行保存。实际应用表明,该系统工作稳定、操作简便,在无人机部件装机放飞前能够及时发现磁罗盘部件故障隐患,提高了无人机飞行安全。

Abstract:The magnetic compass is often as the key components for heading angle measurement on the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). In order to test its performance, an intelligence measurement system for magnetic compass based on PXI bus computer and other hardware parts and Labview software is designed, which has realized various performance tests. At the same time, the system has a friendly interface and is able to save the test data. The practical application shows that the system is stable, easy operation, and can detect the magnetic compass fault before the installation of UAV parts for the flight, which improves the UAV flight safety.
