| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一种Ku频段介质稳频谐波振荡器的原理、仿真和试验结果。设计中采用电磁仿真和电路仿真结合的方式对推-推(push-push)型介质振荡器进行了整体非线性仿真,得到振荡器的输出频谱、相位噪声和输出功率的仿真结果,并进行了试验验证。通过二次谐波输出的方式提高了BJT振荡器的输出频率,得到了较好的相位噪声指标。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the theory,simulation and test result of a Ku band push-push dielectric resonate oscillator.EM simulation together with circuit simulation was used in the non-linearity simulation of the push-push DRO.The output spectrum,phase noise and output power were displayed in the simulation software,and the test result indicated that the second harmonic output expands the output frequency of BJT oscillator,which has a better phase noise than FET oscillator. |
