摘    要:测量与理论分析了复合推进剂的黏性与力学性能。实验研究了固体粒子尺寸分布和粘合剂固化比的影响。应用聚合物流变学的理论与概念来模拟推进剂特性。研究得知,细AP粒子在聚合物基体中起有效的填充剂作用,并增强机体的性能。对所研究的推进剂系列配方,当细AP含量接近20%时推进剂可达到最大应变与浇注中的最佳黏性。

Abstract:Composite propellant viscosity and mechanical properties were measured and analyzed theoretically.The effects of the solid particle size distribution and the binder curing ratio were investigated experimentally.The theory and concepts of physical chemistry of polymer rheology were applied to modelling the propellant properties.It is concluded that the fine AP can act as active filler in the polymer matrix and enhance the matrix properties.For the investigated serial propellant formulations,the maximum strain and optimum viscosity of the propellant are achieved when fine AP contents are approximately 20 percent.
