摘    要: 喷丸提高零构件疲劳抗力的主要机制是在表面层形成残余压应力场。一些作者致力于建立模型,根据给定的喷丸条件计算这一应力场。但使用的材料模式常较简单,与实际喷丸靶材差异较大。因此有必要建立适于多种靶材模式的简单解析模型及理论公式。本文从Hertz弹性接触理论出发,借助弹塑性变形理论及反向屈服、强化的物理概念,导出了各向同性强化材料满覆盖率喷丸时残余压应力场计算公式,并以试验数据验证了计算结果的可靠性。

Abstract:According to Hertz elastic contact theory and elastic-plastic deformation theory, a simple analytical model for calculating residual stress field under 100% peening coverage condition was proposed in this paper. After six kinds of shot peening of 40G steel with different heat treatment conditions, the residual stress distributions were measured. The experimental data coincide quite well with calculated curves.
