摘    要:介绍了基于PC104的失真度测量仪的数字化测量原理、硬件设计方案和软件流程。根据被测信号的不同特点,文中提出了基于准同步法、曲线拟合法和数字陷波滤波法的失真度测量方案,以提高失真度的测量准确度。

Abstract:The digitized measurement principle, hardware scheme and software flowchart of PC 104-based distortion measurement instrument are introduced in this paper. A measurement scheme, which is comprised of quasi-synchronous sampling method, curve-fit method and digitized notch filtering method, is proposed according to the features of signal under test, and measurement accuracy is improved by this means.
