摘    要:采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)对硅橡胶共混改性,制备了硅橡胶/EPDM。对其烧蚀、力学和热性能进行了研究。结果表明:硅橡胶/EPDM的线烧蚀率随EPDM添加量增加而降低,当硅橡胶/EPDM为60/40时,由于材料烧蚀后表层形成了更加致密、坚实炭化层,其线烧蚀率达到0.09 mm/s。EPDM/硅橡胶热性能高于EPDM,其力学性能优于硅橡胶。

Abstract:New silicone rubber/etheylene propylene diene robber (SiR/EPDM) blended insulation materials for solid rocket motor were prepared by mechanical blending silicone rubber with EPDM. The insulations were character-ized by liner ablation test. Mechanical properties and thermal properties were studied. Ablation test show that with in-creasing the content of EPDM in SiR/EPDM the linear ablative ratios decreased. When SiR/EPDM is 60/40, the line-ar ablative ratio decreased to 0. 09 mm/s due to forming a relatively tough and rigid inorganic char layers. SiR/EPDM presents higher thermal stability in comparison with EPDM and better mechanical properties in comparison with sili-cone rubber respectively.
