| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire survey on employment intention of 2012 nursing college graduates, this paper proposed to analyze the employment psychology and consciousness of nursing college graduates to find problems in job their hunting. This paper also dis- cussed how to carry out targeted employment guidance and services to enhance the quality of graduate employment. |
