ANALYSIS FOR THE REAL FLOWRATE OF A SWASHPLATE AXIAL PISTON PUMP

The accurate calculation of the real flowrate for a piston pump is the key to evaluatingthe volume efficiency and the flowrate pulse of the pump. In the process of the real flowratebeing calculated by numerical integration, not only the compressible of the oil in the cylinderand it's leakage through all the gaps are considered, but alse the adverse current problem ofthe oil in the discharge port through the relif groove machined on the valve plate is investigated. The simulating result of the instance indicates that there is little difference in theflowrate pulse between the adjacent odd and even piston pumps.
