摘    要:在对某型涡扇发动机高压涡轮转子叶片冷却结构分析的基础上,建立了流动换热分析的气热耦合计算模型.采用通用流体力学计算软件完成了高压涡轮转子叶片复杂结构的内外流场和温度场的一体化计算,得到了涡轮叶并流动换热的数值计算结果,对其冷却结构的换热效果进行了分析,并对气热耦合计算在涡轮冷却叶片设计中的应用进行了分析和探讨。

Abstract:The coupled calculation model of flow field and temperature field was established on the base of analyzing the configuration of a turbofan engine cooling turbine blade. The simulation with coupling three-dimension fluid dynamics and a conduction heat transfer was conducted, the computation results of flow field and temperature field were gained and the cooling effect was analyzed. The application of coupled calculation in the design of cooling turbine blade was analyzed and discussed.
