摘    要:
本文结合现行胶粘技术和胶粘剂的发展,对大型机械的主要承力件-大功率转轴断裂后提出粘结修复方案,应用强度理论论证了修复的可行性,并采用最优化理论和方法对粘结面积进行了优化设计。

Abstract:
This article presents a scheme of glue-repairing a high-power revolving shaft(the main component in the large-scale machine)by the latest glue-technology the and development of the adhesive. The feasibility of repair has been proved by the strength-thcory and calculatcs the gluc-arca was optimiged by using the optimum thcory and mcthod.
