摘 要: | 飞机的装配和安装工作在飞机制造中占有重要的地位,飞机装配和安装工作量占到整个飞机制造工作量的50%~60%。在传统的飞机设计生产过程中,飞机装配中的问题只有靠实物协调才能发现和解决,效率低,成本高,而采用计算机辅助设计技术,使在设计阶段中解决装配问题成为现实。本文结合S-92尾斜梁的设计全过程,阐述了三维实体数字化预装配技术(DPA)的概念、特点和基于CATIA软件一种方法。

Abstract: | The airplane assembly play an important role in manufacturing industry of airplane.The 50% - 60 % of the total work is in assembling. In tralional manufacturing process, the problems of assembly are found and sloved with real part, but using CAD technology, it has become a reality to solve the assembly problems in designing phase. The paper illustrates the concept and character of DPA, and gives a method to do it. |
