| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于PLC与触摸屏的烟草制丝线烘丝秤自动控制系统.通过PLC可实现对烟厂制丝车间烘丝秤的自动化控制,而触摸屏可以对烘丝秤传送带的运行进行实时监视、数据设定和分析以及故障监控.使用本系统,烘丝秤将获得更好的稳定性、可靠性和可操作性.

| Abstract: | This article introduced an automatic control system based on the PLC and touch-screen on the tobacco drying thread scale.By PLC method,the scale for drying tobacco thread in cigarette factory thread-produced workshop can be carried out automaticlly.To make use of the touch-screen,we can do real-time supervision,data analysis and fault inspecting on convey strip process.By this method,the scale system for tobacco drying thread can be much stable,dependable and easily operated. |
