NF-6风洞马赫数闭环控制系统设计研究

摘    要:
对NF-6风洞的概况进行了简要介绍,重点阐述了风洞马赫数测量、控制方式及流程,分析了控制系统的结构原理,建立了马赫数闭环控制系统。该系统利用静叶角度机构实现马赫数控制的粗调,通过PI算法控制压缩机转速进行马赫数二次细调。实验结果表明:马赫数控制精度可达0.002以下,实现了实验段流场马赫数的准确控制,控制策略是正确可行的,控制系统是可靠的。

Abstract:
The survey of the NF-6 wind tunnel is introduced briefly.The Mach number closed-loop control system in the NF-6 wind tunnel is expounded,especially in detail Mach number measurement,control strategy and control process,and the sketch of Mach number closed-loop control system is analyzed.The compressor stator vane control is as the first level coarse adjustment method of Mach number control,and PI controller is as the second level fine adjustment method of Mach number control.The accurate control experiment of Mach number in the test section is performed.The test result indicates that the control precision is under 0.002,the Mach number closed-loop control system has achieved good controlling effect in practice.
