摘    要:
根据低温低压固化树脂体系的要求,采用设计合成的固化剂、改性剂和普通环氧树脂通过浆料混合技术配制了低温真空压力成型树脂体系,研究了树脂体系的流变特性和固化特性.采用热熔技术成功地制备了连续碳纤维预浸料,预浸料粘性和铺覆性良好,室温储存期为2周以上.对复合材料体系的固化工艺和后处理工艺进行了优化,获得了综合性能良好的低温真空压力成型LTVB-01/T700SC复合材料体系.

Abstract:
Low temperature/vacuum bag curing resin was prepared successfully by using designed/synthesized curing agent, modifier and common epoxy through slurry mixing process according to the requirements of low temperature/vacuum bag curing resin. The rheologic and curing behavior of prepared low temperature/vacuum bag curing resin were investigated. Low temperature/vacuum bag curing prepregs with excellent drapeability & spreadability and over two weeks storage life at room temperature were prepared continuously by hot/melt method. The curing and post curing process of manufacturing composites were optimized, and the main properties of low temperature/vacuum bag curing LTVB-01/T700SC laminate were characterized and determined. The low temperature/vacuum bag curing composite own excellent comprehensive properties.
