固体火箭发动机混杂纤维缠绕壳体设计分析

摘    要:基于网格理论,推得了固体火箭发动机混杂纤维缠绕壳体在内压作用下的平衡方程。以纤维层强度和模量给出了混杂纤维层厚度比的确定方法及混杂纤维缠绕圆筒壁厚的确定方法。讨论了用模拟实验压力容器确定纤维发挥强度的方法。

Abstract:On the basis of netting analysis,the balanced equation for the hybrid filament wound case of solid rocket moter on the internal pressure load is performed.The thickness ratio of hybrid filament ply laminations is obtained according to the strength and modulus of the laminations.The method calculating the wall thickness of hybrid filament wound cylindrical case is developed.The method determining the developed fiber strength is given on the simulation test of the subscale filament wound pressure vessel
