摘    要:回顾了飞行器海基测量的产生与兴起,特别是该领域的核心技术、基础技术、支撑技术等相关关键技术的发展历史,分析了飞行器海基测量领域所面临的航天与国防科技、海洋科学与工程快速发展的需求和挑战,提出了建设飞行器海基测量的基础理论体系、基础研究体系和基础信息体系的构想,以期促进我国飞行器海基测量技术的发展.

Abstract:Starting from the origination and emerging of ocean-based instrumentation for flight vehicles,this paper reviews the history of development of key technologies including the core technologies,fundamental technologies and support technologies associated with ocean-based instrumentation for spacecraft.New requirements and challenges facing ocean-based instrumentation with the rapid development of aerospace technology,defense technology and oce anic science and engineering are analyzed.A conception covering building of the basic theoretical framework,basic research framework and basic information framework of ocean-based flight vehicle instrumentation is proposed to promote development of ocean-based instrumentation for flight vehicles in China.
