| Abstract: | Elliptic curve public key can be used to relax the bottleneck problem that is large computation in tradition public key system.A fast arithmetic for elliptic curve public key system based on the discrete logarithm problem is presented in the paper.And it is pointed out the new arithmetic improves computation efficiency to a great extent by analysing its capability. |
