摘    要:为了解决微管道(水力直径小于1mm)内流量测量问题,本文利用Micro-PIV对水力直径为230μm的毛细玻璃管内流量进行测量,并对测量误差进行了分析。测量结果表明,利用该技术完全可以实现微通道流量的高精度测量。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of measuring the flowrate in microtubes(the hydraulic diameter is smaller than 1mm),the micro-PIV is used to measure the flowrate in a capillary tube with a hydraulic diameter of 230μm in this paper.The cause of error is analyzed simply.The experimental results show that high accuracy measurements of flowrate can be realized by micro-PIV techniques.
