摘    要:中国民航正在计划实施航空卫星移动业务通信。AMSS系统有三个主要组成部分:空间段,地面地球站和机载地球站。中国国际航空公司已居其两架波音747型飞机上装有AES。不久将有更多飞国际航线的飞机安装AES。

Abstract:CAAC is planning to establish the aeronautical mobile satellite services (AMSS) communications system in China. There are three major parts in the AMSS: space segment, ground earth station (GES) and aircraft earth station (AES). Air China has installed AESs in its two Boeing 747s. In the near future more aircraft will be equipped with AESs for international flights. At present INMARSAT is the unique global systems provider in providing world-wide coverage of AMSS. This paper describes a technical scheme of GES which makes use of INMARSAT'S satellites and will probably be set up by CAAC.
