摘    要:本文介绍了固体发动机药柱CAD燃烧模拟分析系统(CAPBAS).该系统使药柱设计直接从三维实体造型开始,模拟药柱燃烧过程,得到药柱燃面退移的图象显示,获得不同燃烧距离下的药柱几何参数和动力学参数,供内弹道性能分析使用.CAPBAS建立了5个数据库,作为图形数据和外界专业计算程序的传输共享界面.应用该系统软件,对两个实际发动机药柱进行了分析.

Abstract:A system named CAPBAS of computer aided design and burning simulation analysis of solid motor grain is described in this paper. When using CAPBAS, the design of a grain can directly start from three-dimensional grain object modeling, then by means of simulating the burning process of a grain, the clear graphic representation of the burn-back can be obtained, for determining grain geometric and dynamic parameters as a function of the burn distance. These parameters may be used in subsequent internal ballistic analysis. CAPBAS has established five databases which are used as the shared transmission interface of graphic data and external professional calculation program. This system program has been used to analyze the grains of two actual motors.
