| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会的发展，骨折的机械复位固定技术得到国内外工程界和医学界的广泛重视，髓内针这种医疗机械固定器械也随之得到了广泛应用。针对股骨骨折，提出一种新型髓内针，说明其机械结构与生物力学的设计。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, mechanical reduction and fixation of fracture have been paid more and more attention in engineering and medical fields all over of the world. Intramedullary nails have also been widely used. In the light of femoral fracture, a new type of in-tramedullary nail was created, liking to account for the design of it in mechanical structure and biomechanics. |
