摘    要:当今社会竞争激烈,高等学校行政办公人员背负沉重的压力,行政人员职业惰性已然是公开的秘密.如何更好地发挥高校行政职能,提高行政效率,需要提高行政人员的职业素养,提升其业务能力;建立合理的激励机制,鼓励行政人员教育培训,保持阳光心理;明确行政人员的地位责任,保持社会对他的期望值.

Abstract:Competitive society, coll~ges and universities administrative office staff to bear heavy pressure, the chief executive career inert already an open secret. How can better play the various functions of the colleges and universities to improve administrative efficiency, the need to further improve the professionalism of the ad- ministrative staff, to enhance its operational capacity level; establish the right incentives to encourage the training of executive education, keep the sun psychological; clarify the administrative status of the personnel responsibility to keep the social expectations of him.
