Ma4-6级别临近空间飞行器材料体系研究

摘    要:介绍了Ma4~6级别临近空间飞行器飞机表面瞬态温度的计算方法及表面温度分布;阐述了热防护系统的分类及其特点;重点讨论了高马赫数临近空间飞行器对材料的使用要求,以及满足Ma4~6级别临近空间飞行器热防护要求的材料体系方案;提出高马赫数临近空间飞行器的热防护材料发展建议。

Abstract:In this paper, will start out with a brief discussion of the method to calculate transient surface temperature and the temperature distributing on the surface of near space vehicle, followed by an overview of thermal protection systems. The focus of this study is discussion the material system and design options for thermal protection systems components. Otherwise, some proposals based on the requirements of aeronautical material system of thermal protection systems used for high roach number near space vehicle are made.
