| 摘 要： | 经济可承受性是制约航空装备发展的重要因素,本文以国外航空装备为例介绍了经济可承受性设计的意义及其发展历程,论述了基于费用作为独立变量(CAIV)的经济可承受性设计及基于挣值理论(EV)的成本控制管理.
