| 摘 要： | 为了消除某型号蓄压器瓶体组合体的焊接裂纹、提高产品质量，分析了产生裂纹的原因，提出了防止产生裂纹的两项措施。该两项措施实施后，产品的一次合格率由４％提高到９０％。

| Abstract: | In this paper analyzing the reasons causing welding crack of gas cylinder of pressure reservoir in some type to eliminate welding crack and increase product quality,and raising two methods to prevent crack.The once through qualified the of the product is increased from 4% to 90% thanks to the adoption of above methods. |
