基于统一空间测量网络的大尺寸测量方法

摘    要:近年来,在航空航天、船舶、汽车等领域广泛应用到大尺寸精密测量设备,但其测量精度受使用环境、仪器本身及操作方法等多种因素影响。文章提出了一种基于统一空间测量网络软件平台的大尺寸测量方法,该方法可以将测量过程中所有仪器集成起来,并适当地合成彼此的测量不确定度,优化测量结果。通过激光跟踪仪多次移站的方式来对空间位置点进行测量以验证该软件平台,结果表明统一空间测量网络融合了所有测站的测量结果,融合测量精度优于局部测站测量精度。

Abstract:The precision measuring instruments for large-size objects are widely used in recent years; their accuracy is affected by environment, instruments, operation, and many other factors. This paper presents a measuring approach of Unified Spatial Metrology Network (USMN) for large-size objects. This method can integrate all instruments involved in the measurement process, and the measurement uncertainty can be jointly dealt with to optimize measurement results. Through the laser tracker switching, multiple measurements of the coordinates of measured points in space are made, and the uncertainty of the measurement system is analyzed. Experiment results show that the USMN can combine all the stations of the measurement results, and the synthetic precision is superior to each local precision.
