摘 要: | 应用湍流模型,对涡轮叶片尾缘扰流柱通道的流动和换热进行了二维数值模拟研究。对扰流柱4种不同的排列方式的通道进行了数值模拟计算,并对各种排列的传热和阻力特性进行了综合分析与比较。结果表明,对换热的影响,内部沿流向叉排的比进口对应扰流柱排列方式的更显著。

Abstract: | The 2D numerical simulation of flow and heat transfer in passage for trailing edge of turbine blade with four different types of pin-fin arrays are conducted using turbulent flow model.Heat transfer and pressure drop within the four passages are compared and analyzed.It is found that the effect of staggered pin-fin arrays along the flow on the hest transfer is better than the effect of pin-fin arrays along the inlet. |
