| Abstract: | The system of government purchase is still a newly emerging thing in financial reform. It is an urgent task in the reform of the service department to set up a sound system of government purchase. It is also an inevitable choice that we employ such a system when we improve our level of financial administration. The construction of the system should start with the reality. We should form the network, train men for profession, tighten up the supervision. |
