钎缝中合金粉对组织的影响

摘    要:主要研究了K3合金钎缝中加入合金粉后组织的变化,尤其是硼化物的变化,并讨论了合金粉的作用和加入方式。研究结果表明,由于加入合金粉,减少了钎缝中B和Si元素的浓度,显著减少了B和Si的共晶相,改善了钎缝组织。显然,这是提高钎焊接头性能的有效途径。

Abstract:Change of K3 superalloy joint microstructure especially boride phases was investigated in this paper. The function and adding method of alloy powder were also discussed. Results have shown a decrease in the concentration of B and Si elements and eutectic phases in the brazing seam with the adding of alloy powders, so to improve the joint microstructure. This method has been proved to be an effective way to increase the mechanical properties of the brazing joints.
