GH169合金涡轮盘锻坯加热过程数值模拟

摘    要: 本文采用基于热平衡原理的有限差分法对GH169合金涡轮盘锻坯的加热过程进行了模拟。计算结果表明:坯料不包套,在加热的最初阶段,坯料内部将因温差大而产生较大的热应力,采用包套加热,加热时间将延长,但坯料内部温度均匀,因而可采用一段制加热,这样,能够缩短加热时间,改善锻件质量。

Abstract:In this paper the finite difference method derived from heat balance was used to simulate the heating process for disk forging billet of alloy GH169. The calculated results indicate that if the billet is not covered with the insulation and stainless steel sheet, thermal stress due to large temperature gradient may cccur in the billet at the early stege of heating cycle. The heating cycle of GH169 billet covered with insulation and stainless steel sheet is prolonged, however, the temperature distribution is so uniform that one stage heating cycle is enough and the heating cycle can be shortened by-20%, and the quality of GH169 disk forging is improved. The results presented in this paper are useful in defining the optimal heating cycle for alloy GH169 billet.
