| 摘 要： | 供给与需求是经济领域十分重要的概念，财务信息作为一种公共物品，同样具有商品的某些特征，同样也存在供给与需求的矛盾。本文从财务信息供给者的角度，分析了企业财务信息供给的动因、目标以及影响其供给的因素，以谋求企业财务信息供给与需求的平衡。
