不锈钢真空钎焊扩压器的缺陷检查与控制技术

摘    要:采用钎料BNi94SiB980-1065,选择合适的焊接参数,对1Cr12Ni3Mo2V扩压器进行真空钎焊。借助金相显微镜,超声波检测仪,分析了接头的显微组织及接头的钎透率;利用拉伸试验机对接头进行强度测试。结果表明,在焊接规范为1180℃/30min的条件下,获得良好的钎焊接头。通过焊前清理、钎焊工艺、钎焊工装,对不锈钢扩压器钎焊接头进行钎焊工艺及质量控制,有效避免钎焊接头缺陷的产生。

Defect Inspection and Control Technology of Vacuum Brazing Stainless Stress Diffuser
Abstract:The diffuser of 1Cr12Ni3Mo2V is vacuum brazed by using filler metal BNi94SiB980-1065, and selecting appropriate brazing parameters. Microstructure and penetrate ratio of brazed joints are analyzed with metallic microscope, ultrasonic analysis instrument, and strength of brazed joint is conducted through tensile test machine. The results show good brazed joint is obtained at 1180 ℃ /30min. Brazing process and quality of brazed joint of stainless stress diffuser are controlled, including cleaning before brazing, brazing procedure and brazing tooling etc, which avoid producing defects of brazed joint in effect.
