微小交错流道散热块传热性能

摘    要:实验研究微小交错流道散热块的传热性能以及热阻系数.随着Re数增加,交错流道与直通流道内流动换热性能均会升高,前者的变化更加显著,对流热阻系数与Re数接近指数关系;相同Re数条件下,交错流道对流热阻系数约比直通流道下降18%.散热块底面温度分布明显不一致,流体轴向温升对温度分布影响显著,温度在空间与时间上均有波动;预测交错流道在Re数为700左右开始发生流动转捩.

Abstract:Experimental investigation was conducted to study the thermal performance and thermal resistance factor of staggered mini-duct heat sinks.With Reynolds number increasing,the performance of both staggered ducts and straight ducts are improved,and the former is more evident and significant.The thermal resistance factor has an exponential relation with Re;and at the same Re,the factor of staggered ducts is about 18% lower than that of straight ducts.The temperature profile of heat sink bottom is distinctly non-uniform,mainly caused by the fluid temperature rise along the flow,and it fluctuates spatially and temporally.The flow in staggered ducts would lose its stability at about Re 700,much lower than normal cases.
