双自由度侧杆操纵力测量系统设计与实现

摘    要:在侧杆操纵的民机中,侧杆的操纵力需要满足飞行品质以及适航规章的要求,因此必须对侧杆的操纵力进行准确测量。针对侧杆具有的双自由度运动及侧杆表面形态复杂的特性,设计了一套操纵力测量系统。该系统能够精确控制侧杆的运动方向,使侧杆在一个平面内运动,并通过特殊的机制使力传感器与侧杆运动轴线垂直,保证测试的精度。基于LabView 设计了测试软件,能够实时地显示力、位移以及滞环曲线。

Design and Realization of Control Force Measurement System of Side Stick with Two Degree of Freedom

Abstract:As civil aircraft was controlled by side stick, the control force of side stick has to satisfy the requirements of handle quality and airworthiness regulations, so it is necessary to measure the control force precisely. This article developed a control force measurement system based on the characteristic of side stick which can move in two degree of freedom and has complex surface. This system can control the movement direction of side stick to make the side stick be restricted in one plane, and make the force sensor vertical to axes of side stick to ensure the precise of measurement. This system also designed the software to show the curve of force, displacement and hysteresis based on LabView.
