质子引发的单粒子翻转率估算的研究

摘    要:根据质子单粒子翻转事件的物理本质,及空间高能质子环境特性,给出了一种基于重离子单粒子翻转实验数据基础之上的估算质子引发的单粒子翻转的方法.利用这种方法计算了几种器件的翻转情况,与地面模拟实验及飞行观测结果符合得非常好.

Abstract:According to the essentials of proton induced single event upset (SEU) and the characterastics of the high-energy proton in space, the present paper put forward a method for predicting proton-induced SEU. This method is based on the experiments of heavy ions. Using this method, predictions of proton-induced SEU for several kinds of devices were made. It showed that the predictions agree well with the ground testing and flight observations.
