| 摘 要： | 文件类产品价格管理是总体设计部管理的重要组成部分,应予以关注和规范化。文章对此问题进行了分析和讨论。首先,以宏观经济学中有关价格的概念为理论基础,介绍了价格的职能和作用,并分析了价格管理应用于文件类产品管理的意义。在此基础上,对总体设计单位文件类产品价格管理的权利和义务进行了讨论。最后,结合航天产品价格管理特点,对文件类产品价格管理模式进行了总结,并提出了如何进一步完善的建议。
