电子束固化PVP 非共价功能化碳纳米管/ 环氧树脂

摘    要:先制得PVP非共价功能化的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs),而后利用电子束辐射固化制备PVP功能化的MWNTs(PVP-MWNTs)/环氧树脂复合材料。对PVP-MWNTs进行FTIR光谱表征及热重分析,表明碳纳米管表面有PVP包覆,PVP功能化的MWNTs的碳纳米管在环氧树脂中有良好的分散性。对电子束固化的复合材料进行拉伸性能测试,1.0wt%PVP-MWNTs/环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸模量较纯环氧树脂提高25%。动态力学性能分析表明添加PVP-MWNTs提高了环氧基体的储能模量。

Abstract:In this paper,multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) were functionalized with PVP,and then the PVP functionalized MWNTs(PVP-MWNTs)/epoxy composites were prepared by the electron beam in-situ curing.The PVP-MWNTs were characterized by IR spectroscopy and TGA.The results showed that the MWNTs were sucessfully coated with PVP,and the PVP-MWNTs showed improved dispersion stablity in the epoxy resin.The tensile modulus of the 0.1 wt% PVP-MWNTs/epoxy composites was enhanced by 25%.Dynamic mechanical analysis studies also revealed that the addtion of PVP-MWNTs can improve the storage modulus of epoxy matrix.
