基于Lasso算法的临空高科技产业选择与入区评价研究

摘    要:围绕航空枢纽发展的临空经济区,正逐步成为高新技术产业和高端装备制造产业选址的首选地之一。文章通过对临空高科技产业的系统分析,得出了临空高科技产业入区的影响因素,包括航空依赖属性、高科技产业特点、效率与影响三个方面。通过建立由5个一级指标、10个二级指标和16个三级指标构成的临空高科技产业入区评价指标体系,采用Lasso算法模型对长沙临空经济示范区进行了实证研究。根据评价结果提出了提高机场运输能力和效率、建立开放包容的生态系统、拓展产业链形成高关联度的产业集群、实现产业与生态良性融合发展的针对性建议。

Abstract:Around the development of aviation hub,the airport economic zone is gradually becoming one of the preferred sites for high-tech industries and high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of the definition of airport high-tech industry,by using systematic analysis,the factors of high-tech industries entering the airport economic demonstration zone had obtained.The factors include aviation factors,characteristics of high-tech industry,efficiency and influence.The appraising and selecting index system is composed of 5 first stage indexes,10 second stage indexes and 16 third stage indexes.Lasso method is applied for selecting of industry entering and Changsha airport economic demonstration zone is taken as an empirical study.The results show that appraising and selecting index system and the method applied are feasible and effective.At last,the recommendation of high-tech industry entering the airport economic zone has been proposed to China.
