| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术的发展，信息安全问题也显得愈为突出。加密技术就是适应了网络安全的需要应运而生的。本文通过对私用密钥加密技术和公开密钥加密技术的研究，结合二者的利弊并采用系统时钟作为3DES加密算法密钥的一部分，提出了一种高效、安全的加密技术同时又具有一次一密的功能，确保数据传输的安全。

| Abstract: | With the development of network technology,the problem of information security becomes more prominent.Network security encryption technology came into being.Based on private-key encryption technology and public-key encryption tech-nology,also using the system time as a part of the key of 3DES,we find a more efficient and more security encryption technology,which also has the fuction of one-time pad. |
