摘    要:两课教师作为思想政治教育阵地的领军人物,在贯彻落实科学发展观的进程中,转变教育理念,贯彻以人为本,全面、协调、可持续、和谐发展的教育思想,重新进行角色定位,推进科学发展观进教材、进课堂、进学生头脑的教育进程,提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。

Abstract:Two-course teachers are the leading figures in the front of ideological and political education.In the fulfillment of the conception of scientific development,they need to impart the people-oriented,all-round,sustainable,and harmonious educational idea and spread the conception of scientific development among students so as to enhance the effect of ideological and political education.
