卫星用热控涂层喷涂方式研究

摘    要:热控涂层是保证卫星正常工作、延长卫星在轨工作寿命的重要温控手段。传统的喷涂方式虽能满足质量要求,但存在一定的问题。文章结合卫星常用热控涂层的性能和特殊性要求,首先分析了涂层与基底材料的热学性能、力学性能,进而对各种常用喷涂方式进行适用性试验研究,最终确定无气喷涂是较适用于卫星热控涂层的喷涂方式。

Abstract:The thermal coatings used for satellites are an important issue,related with its performance and its working life.This paper discusses the performance and the particular request of the commonly used thermal coatings.Firstly,we make a review of the commonly used spray coating methods.And then,we analyze the heat performance and the mechanical properties of the thermal coatings and the backing material.In the end,we carry out experiments with a variety of methods.A new method is found,which is applicable to the thermal control coatings for a satellite.
