| 摘 要： | 通信效能评估是开发、使用和优化卫星通信系统的基本任务。通过对卫星系统通信能力指标体系的分析,分别运用单向链法和模糊评价法,确定了通信指标的权重和归一化效用函数。结合实例对函数模型进行了验证,为评估卫星通信系统的综合效能提供了一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Evaluating the effectiveness of communication systems is a basic task in developing,using and optimizing satellite communication systems.The capability index system of satellite system is analyzed firstly,and index weight and unitary utility functions are proposed by using unilateral chain method and fuzzy assessment method respectively.In the end,an example is given to validate the function models,which provides a reference to the effectiveness evaluation of satellite communication system. |
